Atlanta, GA – Cumberland Academy of Georgia is thrilled to announce two beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies were provided from For King & Country Puppies for the school’s annual Cassettes & Cocktails Gala held on March 26th. The event, a cherished fundraiser supporting the academy’s mission to serve students with autism, was made even more special by these lovable and well-behaved pups.

Guests at the gala were absolutely smitten with the puppies, and excitement filled the air as attendees eagerly vied for the opportunity to bring one home. The puppies, known for their exceptional health, affectionate nature, and gentle temperament, stole the hearts of everyone present.

In addition to raising crucial funds for the school, one of the puppies, Bueller, will remain on campus as a dedicated therapy dog. Bueller will join Cumberland Academy’s beloved Chief Feel-Good Officer, Calli, providing comfort, companionship, and emotional support to students throughout their educational journey.

“We are incredibly grateful to For King & Country Puppies for their generosity,” said Debbi Scarborough, Founder of Cumberland Academy of Georgia. These puppies brought so much joy to our event, and knowing that Bueller will stay with us to support our students makes this gift even more meaningful.”

Cumberland Academy of Georgia remains committed to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for students with autism and other learning differences. The addition of Bueller as a therapy dog will further enhance the school’s efforts to provide a supportive and compassionate learning atmosphere.
