Cumberland Academy of Georgia proudly supports our alumni through monthly meet-ups that foster continued connection and community beyond graduation. These gatherings offer a welcoming space for alumni to share experiences, network, and maintain strong ties with their peers and the school. In addition to social events, we provide ongoing assistance with college preparation and job placement, ensuring our graduates have the resources they need for future success. Our dedicated staff offers personalized guidance, helping alumni navigate their educational and career paths with confidence. At Cumberland, the support doesn’t end at graduation—we’re committed to helping our alumni thrive in their next steps.
The teachers are effective, empathetic and set high standards for their students.A big plus at the school is the large counseling staff available to help students and their families. At Cumberland they educate the whole child. We love the school and are impressed with how the administration, teachers and staff members continually work to improve the school. We moved from Birmingham, Alabama, so our daughter could attend. We also lived in Washington, DC for many years, and Cumberland Academy of Georgia is the best school for special needs that our daughter has attended.
